Job Title: Director of Marketing Operations

Location: Solana Beach, CA (in-office)

 

Company Overview:

As we continue to expand our reach and influence, we are seeking a strong revenue marketer with a successful track record driving high-growth demand generation strategy and performance.

 

You will lead data-driven strategy and execution for end-to-end, multi-channel campaigns—defining, measuring, and optimizing budget, spend, and conversion rates with campaign targeting, marketing mix, and conversion optimization. Your work will optimize CAC and identify new greenfield channels to drive incremental growth from the marketing channel. You are a digital and GTM expert, adept at mapping full-funnel conversion journeys to drive pipeline and bookings growth for new logo and existing customer. This critical role works in partnership with multiple disciplines to drive demand, including sales (new logo and existing customers), tech, product marketing, business development and analytics.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Strategy Development and Execution: Define and execute the demand generation strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and campaign goals

  • Hypothesize, test, and optimize scalable channels and growth strategies to accelerate the most effective growth levers.
  • Analyze ROI performance across segments and define investment and campaign strategies for optimal growth (business segment, geo, persona, vertical etc.)
  • Develop CAC, CPL strategy, and budget guidelines–owning analysis and execution to maximize return on marketing program investments.
  • Interlock with sales leadership to drive alignment on priorities, adapting rapidly to changing market conditions and emerging opportunities.

 

Program Development and Management: Develop and execute demand generation, including ABM programs to drive revenue.

  • Manage key channels including direct mail, paid media, SEO, referral, event, web, email, paid social, etc.
  • Implement testing methodologies and analysis to improve demand creation, including response and conversion rates and multivariate testing.
  • Define and execute ABM strategy, including account selection, targeting, and messaging

 

Performance Tracking and Analysis: Establish cost and conversion targets, daily/weekly/monthly pacing, tracking, and monitoring systems to rigorously monitor campaign performance metrics, lead generation performance, and conversion optimization:

  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline, funnel conversion rate, avg. Deal size, and revenue
  • Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize campaigns and channels, and achieve objective and key results (MBOs).

 

Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure demand generation efforts are aligned with revenue goals and product positioning.

  • Cultivate collaboration, communication, and execution excellence across teams.
  • Leverage a strong project management foundation to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
  • Develop sales enablement material to align on outbound messaging and conversion

 

Budget Management: Develop and manage the demand generation budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize campaign performance, CAC, and return on investment (ROI).

  • Document strategy and budget guidelines for Marketing teams, owning the process, analysis, and recommendations for how we maximize investments / results while optimizing spend.

 

Required Skills and Responsibilities

  • 8+ years' experience in high-growth B2B SaaS companies with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience driving revenue growth through strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and operational efficiency
  • Strongly preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Expert analytical and problem-solving skills, confident in generating exec-level insights
  • Exceptional reporting capabilities from vision/planning to granular analysis, delivering rolled-up and executive insights, summaries of bets for go-forward budgeting, and rigorous, accurate campaign and spend performance analysis
  • Excellent communication and proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, visual, and verbal formats for a variety of audiences
  • Experience creating and implementing pipeline acceleration programs; proven results leading campaigns leveraging B2B digital, offline channels, inbound, and outbound marketing techniques
  • Proven record leading high-performance ABM campaigns and managing a shared demand funnel with sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
  • Demonstrated ability to position and differentiate products to increase awareness, consideration, and purchase
  • Expert ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Expert in operating modern marketing tech stacks to drive performance and insight including Salesforce, Full Story, GA, SMS tools, Direct Mail etc.

We are seeking a Financial Operations Associate to join our team and play a key role in managing post-funding servicing processes. This role reports directly to the Financial Operations Manager and is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with experience in financial services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use a proprietary CRM servicing platform to monitor repayments and collaborate with customers to resolve payment issues.
  • Facilitate early payoffs and extensions for borrowers while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and track delinquent accounts, working proactively to ensure timely resolution.
  • Address customer service inquiries and provide effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Financial Operations Manager in executing day-to-day post-funding servicing tasks.

 

Candidate Requirements:

Ideal candidates will be/have:

  • Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • Self-Motivated & Collaborative: Thrives in a team environment and takes initiative independently.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in lending or financial services is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Proficiency with financial instruments and lending-based calculations.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Payment Processing Expertise. Experience with bank wires and ACH processing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
