Job Title: Salesforce Product Manager
Location: Solana Beach, CA (in-office)
Salesforce Product Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Salesforce Product Manager to be a foundational member of our new in-house product team. This is a high-impact, hybrid role for an individual who is not only a product visionary but also a hands-on technical and analytical expert. You will serve as the Product Manager, Scrum Master, and data guru, working closely with our Senior Software Engineer and Salesforce Admin to shape our product roadmap and drive data-driven decision-making across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Product Owner and Scrum Master for our new in-house engineering team, defining and prioritizing the product backlog, and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies.
- Work directly with business stakeholders, gracefully gathering requirements and translating them into clear, actionable user stories.
- Utilize deep knowledge of Salesforce's object and table structures to generate advanced reports, analyze data, and inform product strategy.
- Lead data analysis initiatives using tools like Snowflake and Tableau to measure product performance and identify key business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the technical team to define solutions and ensure the platform is optimized for the business.
- Establish and maintain a data-driven approach to product development and decision-making for the entire company.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to all stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in an agile environment, with a strong ability to manage a product from concept to launch.
- Demonstrated expertise as an advanced Salesforce user, with a deep understanding of its data model and reporting capabilities.
- Strong hands-on experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools, specifically Snowflake and Tableau.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a collaborative and positive approach to working with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on with day-to-day tasks.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-autonomy startup environment.
